Personal Training with kids having fun.Recess is a new Athletes4life children's program created to teach a variety of health and fitness basics to children. Sports and fitness is introduced in a  positive environment during supervised play sessions. This offers the opportunity for children to develop their interest in a particular sport, in a non-competitive environment. We focus on creative fun exercises and movement activities. During a Recess sessions children will dance, exercise, play sports, have structured and non-structured play. Children use balance, agility, coordination, color recognition, and numerical learning during sessions.  
The program has been instrumental in increasing social skills, building self-esteem, and enhancing cooperation. Through the use of our program we strive to:
