"I ran my third Marine Corps Marathon this year. Unlike the last two, I incorporated personal training into this year's training regimen. The cross training paid off! I got a PR in 4:14:38, which was over twenty minutes faster than my previous best time. I think that strengthening the core was really helpful in keeping good posture and avoiding injuries during my training runs and during the marathon itself. I could definitely feel the difference between previous training and this year's training because I was able to handle a faster stride without my shoulders caving in and back slouching".

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled workout will result in a charge of one workout session against the client's account. Workouts can be rescheduled earlier or later in that day without a charge, pending on availability.
